Esther Collinetti opened REV Cycle Studio — Baltimore’s first indoor cycling studio — in Locust Point with business partner Rick Zambrano in January 2014. Born in Nigeria and raised in Chile by European parents, Collinetti spent several years as a spinning instructor before opening her own gym, where she encourages clients to conquer challenges on and off the bike. Now, she’s working to open a second location.
